so, it's been a rough few days~ i ended up in the ER on sunday, 2/13, with some insane abdominal and back pain. turns out i have a 6.5 mm obstructing kidney stone in my left kidney that has caused marked hydronephrosis. i was given some lovely drugs and told to schedule a urology consult, which i had today. tomorrow i am having a procedure to remove the stone and place a stent. whoopeedeedoo!
anyway, as i was in massive pain on sunday (and trust me, having gone through three all-natural homebirths, when i say that kidney stones are way way way way more painful than labor), and having been all drugged up since, this project got pushed to the wayside. so, to catch up~
